Terms and Conditions
Please read the T&Cs.
You may not book a clean fairy privately; all bookings must go through the company. Bookings can only be made through René Wyman, the owner and founder of Ki&Co Pty Ltd.
If the Fairy is in breach of contract her services will be terminated. I require a 30-day notice to cancel your services with Ki and Co.
Pre-occupation cleaning must be quoted for.
Would you like to provisionally book a cleaning service?
When booking teams depending on the workload.
Team +_ 2.5 hours on a weekday for a basic clean. Extra`s will be charged for eg ironing, windows, etc.
If you require a deep cleaning it must be quoted according to the workload.
Windows are weather permitted.
Date: _ October 2024
From 8am-16h00 or 8h30-16h30 on Weekdays.
Saturdays are 08h30/9am -15h30/4pm.
Your service is for one cleaning fairy unless otherwise specified.
Payment must be made in advance. The payment arrangement is at an additional cost.
Empty houses must be quoted according to the size as teamwork is required and rates are subject to change.
Please note when booking a single fairy, the service fee does not include any cleaning products or equipment.
If you would like to use our products an additional cost is charged.

The vacuum hire option is available on request.
Clients must have their own toilet brush to prevent cross-contamination or any other additional cleaning supplies such as (Sunlight liquid, furniture polish, laundry detergents, etc)

She gets a 20/30-minute lunch break.
If you need more time it can be arranged at an extra cost.
The cleaning fairy can do any cleaning task in a reasonable time allocated. Extra time must be arranged and paid for immediately. Outside braai rooms and or entertainment area is an extra service at R50. This does not apply if you have a regular service agreement.
Once you have paid, I will send you the clean fairy that is best suited for you.
For first-time clients, I will drop off the cleaning fairy within a 5km radius of Goodwood. In the case where the fairy is closer to your home, she will arrive on her own. She is capable of finishing on time and finding her own way home.
In the event that it is too far to walk, please collect and drop her off at a meeting point that is convenient for you.
You will be able to send me your location and the cleaning fairy will take public transportation to the nearest drop-off point. If you are capable of fetching and dropping your clean fairy it is out of your own discretion.
In the case where supplies/materials are needed I drop and collect the Fairies at an additional cost.
Indemnification
By entering into this Agreement and using the Service, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Company, its licensors and each such party's parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation or breach of any term of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein; (b) your violation of any rights of any third party, including providers of cleaning services arranged via the Service or Software, or (c) your use or misuse of the Software or Service.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to (i) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse any and all current and future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account (any part thereof) or use of the Service, for any reason, including if the Company believes that you have violated this Agreement. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service. The Company will use good faith efforts to contact you to warn you prior to suspension or termination of your account by the Company.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy or completeness of the service. The company does not represent or warrant that (a) the use of the service or software will be secure, timely, uninterrupted or error-free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data, (b) the service (including any cleaning services) will meet your requirements or expectations, (c) any stored data will be accurate or reliable, (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service (including any cleaning services) will meet your requirements or expectations, (e) errors or defects in the service will be corrected.The service is provided to you strictly on an "as is" basis. All conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party rights, are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law by the company. The company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the reliability, safety, timeliness, quality, suitability or availability of any services, products or goods obtained by third parties through the use of the service or software. You acknowledge and agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the software and service, and any third party services or products, remains solely with you, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Guarantee is available to Users of the Service and is the sole liability of The Company to Users of the Service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the initial Service requested and paid for through the Platform, then The Company will assess complaint/query and the same Cleaning Fairy will be provided to re-perform incomplete work at no additional charge to the User. The hours granted will be based on tasks completed poorly or not completed at all at the discretion of the Company.
The requester reports the issue in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of the booking appointment via email renewill19@gmail.com For recurring services, each booking is treated as a separate occurrence.
A User will be covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee for every booking, subject to the exclusions below, provided:
The Professional Service is agreed to between a User and a Service Provider through the Platform, performed by the Service Provider hired by the User and paid for in full through the Platform;
The Professional Service does not violate the Company’s Terms of Use;
You have reported any claim in writing within 72 hours of the Professional Service; and
Your account is in good standing with no outstanding balances owed to the Company.
What is excluded from the Satisfaction Guarantee? The “Satisfaction Guarantee” does not cover the following:
losses arising out of acts of nature, including, but not limited to, pollution, earthquakes and weather related events such as hurricanes and tornadoes;
losses arising out of interruption of business, loss of market, loss of income and/or loss of use;
losses for property damage and theft exceeding the original value and/or replacement value for such property, less any standard depreciation;
losses arising from negligence of a User or third party;
losses arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects;
losses from pre-existing damages or conditions of the item or property;
losses arising from items supplied by the User or due to specific User recommendations or instructions;
losses arising from flooding and/or water damage including mold, fungi or bacteria;
losses arising from products containing hazardous or harmful materials, acts of terrorism, product liability, or pollution;
losses of cash and securities;
